All requested defective products must have a valid PremiumToners.com invoice to qualify for any replacements or credit.

PremiumToners.com will honor all requests for defective product replacements or credit for 2 years from original PremiumToners.com invoice date
PremiumToners.com would like to inform you. The phrase "Premium Toner Cartridge" is not Registered Trade Mark Therefore there are thousands of internet companys using this phrase to sell their cartridges.  If you have purchased cartridges that contain the words "Premium Toner Cartridge". We recommend that you take a look at you invoice and contact the place of purchase to resolve your cartridge issues. If you purchased from our website PremiumToners.com we guarantee our products 100%, but if you purchased anywhere else other than  PremiumToners.com. Premiumtoners.com does not have any warranty on cartridges that contain the phrase "Premium Toner Cartridge" as these products are sold by other companies and we do not offer warranty for other companies products.

1) Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all merchandise     
    returned for credit or exchange. Any order that the customer wishes to cancel 
    requires an RMA number first before proceeding with a return. Customer must 
    request an RMA by email with a list of products and reason for RMA at 
    sales@premiumtoners.com. The customer must adhere to the following 
    conditions to get their refund.

2) Removing cartridge labels will void your warranty these identify   
    PremiumToners.com products.

3) If additional product needs to be added to an existing RMA number
    - PLEASE contact the RMA Dept. at sales@premiumtoners.com prior to           
       sending back any additional products. Product must be listed on the RMA     
       prior to return any products. In order to receive credit.

4) Please return within 30 days of your RMA issued date, as it expire in 30 days.

5) All DEFECTIVE / INCORRECTLY SHIPPED returns must be returned with a 
    prepaid shipping label provided by PremiumToners.com.

6) Freight will be credited for PremiumToners.com errors only.

7) A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all non defective returns.

8) All non defective returns must be returned at customers expense.

9) All non defective returns must be sent back in resellable condition with no   
     opened bag, markings or stickers on cartridge box to qualify for exchange or credit. 

10) There will be a 25% restocking fee on any refused shipments.
      Purchases with free shipping that are refused or returned will also be charged
      the shipping cost in addition to 25% restocking fee.
